Takedowns ME provides content protection services for the Middle East, including monitoring, DMCA and platform reporting assistance, and related enforcement workflows.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the accounts and content you submit for protection. You retain ownership of your content.

Takedowns ME is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. DMCA and enforcement services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as described in our onboarding consent and refund policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses risk to other users or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
